What exactly are the rules of tag? On live bits all we saw is Cristian get nominated and stand up, then later nom Sam.

Why can't same person be nommed twice, even if they are already up?

The penultimate nomiated Hm in effect has no choice. Have tptb explained the rules? The timewarpers (The bunker quartet include Marc are exempt from being nominated, but nominate, how does that work if they can't be tagged as the nominee? What if Helen wants the same nom as Marc?

I know the hl show can't consist of 10mins of hms reading out the rules, but I've noticed we no longer see a chosen hm reading out the instructions, rules and regulations for a task or punishment from a plastic covered paper sheet (forgotten the word)
