I hated it at the time (I think the BB7 set with the two platforms either side of Davina's stage was the best) but I'd take anything over the overused crap we have now

Even moving the eye stage to the left hand side like CBB7 would be fine tbh, it just needs moving around

I'd love a BB5 type exterior again. Re-watching BB5, that set-up was great. But it wouldn't work nowadays, with the small crowds we have.

BB5 had huge crowds.

Surely that wasn't much fun for the crowd though? Hardly any of them would be able to see the HMs.

They tried it again in BB11/UBB but it was one of the few things that Channel 5 didn't steal from that era

Davina used to take the evictee to the circular podium and the curved walkway to meet the crowd before they walked to the eviction studio. So they could see the housemate for a short while. And on the final they had the special long walkway put up.

For the BB5 launch, they had a similar set up to BB6/7, where they split the crowd in half, and had a space in the middle for the housemate to walk through.

Oh yeah I'd forgotten they had a podium and walkway in front of the stage. But the problem remains for the BB5 launch!

I have wondered, outwith the final, why was everyone's eviction interview in the studio apart from Marco and Becki?

They moved the interviews inside after Becki's because of the boos she had iirc. I'm not sure why Vanessa's was inside.
