Both he and Emma Willis will be back on screens on Thursday, August 27 when the star-studded version of the show returns.

However, while Emma, 39, fronts the main show and only appears for the live launch and evictions, Rylan has got his work cut out.

He will be hosting spin-off Big Brother’s Bit On The Side every night during the show’s five-week run.

And he said he was clocking up the hours for fear TV chiefs might hire someone else on the days he is off and take over.

Rylan, 26, said: “I didn’t want to see anyone else doing it.

“I’m a bit nervous because it means no life whatsoever.”

The pair are such super fans of the Channel 5 show they cannot ever see leaving it.

Rylan has turned down offers of work on other projects so he can host Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother spinoffs every year.

Former X Factor contestant Rylan added: “I’ve been offered things I’d love to do but it wouldn’t work.”
