She's a very insecure girl and he blows hotter than hades then cold like hell froze. I think he makes her worse and is actually more the problem than her own hang ups. What man in love enough to get engaged would keep suggesting a 'relationship break'.
Sad to say but I think any relationship is in her head and between his legs. She needs rescuing. He is such a wanker.
