Well it is hard to believe she didn't if Vicki is pressing charges. The info on what Janice did is not as clear cut as no charges have been pressed yet.

If being the operative word here. I fail to see how hitting someone with a glass or a chair can be classed differently the one thing we are sure about is Ashleyne was the instigator.
