I made a thread about this last year and I can't seem to find it and funny enough they actually did reveal the cast a few days before Launch after I made that thread.

Would you like them to do it again this year or would you want to wait until Launch

For the civilian series, definitely on launch. However, I wouldn't object to them revealing the CBB cast before launch again (but not all in one go - they should take some tips from Strictly and "reveal" a housemate on a different platform).

tbh they should reveal CBB before the launch like any other RTV show for celebs because it's never a secret we always know like 80/90% of them.

The excitement of launch night evaporates when you know who the housemates are. Considering it's the main point of the episode, there's not really any point in watching it if we already have prior knowledge of who is actually entering.

For BB17 definitely reveal the housemates on launch night but I agree with other posters about the CBB cast being revealed a few days before, IAC do it and thats a bigger and better show. Makes it easier to decide if the celebs are worth watching.

They revealed the cast earlier last year due to the whole time thing and I don't think it's going to happen again.
