Default Tickets reportedly cancelled at random, new set capacity less than 200

Apparently an email has gone out to some ticket holders for launch saying:

"It is with MASSIVE REGRET that we have had to cancel your tickets for tomorrow night's Big Brother Launch.
After a health and safety inspection this morning our audience numbers have dropped dramatically - in fact, we are unlikely to get 200 audience members into the new audience area versus a previous expectation of 350!
Due to the above we have had to cancel tickets entirely at random. - Sadly, as you may be aware, all tv audience tickets are free of charge and subject to change at any time.
We would hate for you to travel all the way to be turned away at the show! - Please do not attempt to use your tickets at the launch as your QR code will now be rejected resulting in a wasted journey for yourself and your party."

Makes sense as the new area is tiny! Wow though... less than 200 spaces!
