Nah it's been fairly obvious since Friday that Boris now does not want the job.

He was definitely going to run and was arranging meetings and tapping up supporters to that end until today, there's been a huge amount of activity in the last few days geared towards setting up Boris' leadership bid and Gove himself has been a part of that until today. Listen to a lot of the MPs who had already declared for Boris in the last couple of days and they're furious

there is also talk that Cameron/Osborne did something to prevent Boris standing. That wouldn't surprise me,

If this entire referendum has shown anything, it's that NONE of them (in Britain, in Europe, across the board) have any idea what they're doing. They're all just muddling along. Terrifying.
