Is social media out of touch
Take 3 case scenarios on this series. Natalie, Charlie and Ryan.
If the rolls were reversed and
1. Natyalie was a man and went around attacking and talking over people and physically hitting people, would that man be as popular as Natalie is now on the outside, or would he be in court.
2. Ryan was straight and muff dived a female on live tv then asked her to smell it, would that be just great tv like we are all asked to accept on social media or would he be branded disgusting instead of being a drama queen.
3. If Charlie was a man and pestered and created with Jason in a roll reversal scenario, wouldn't he be branded as a criminal pest and dealt with accordingly.
My point is that whilst BB perceive to be PC, they are in fact leaning the other way and have been hoodwinked into pandering to the needs of the select few that rule the social media sites, all in the quest to save their programme. Sad thing is that the pandering has drawn a very select and small audience demographic as well as the die hard fans, when if they played it straight and used the same brush to tar all offenders, the larger demographic would return and live comfortably beside the die hard fans and all we would loose would be the socially inept and the pc brigade that are ruining every show on tv with constant complaints and issues that scare producers to death.
