Street fighting, vandalism and sexual assault: Mayor of picturesque German ski town begs for help to tackle an 'explosive refugee crime wave' Police chief says refugees are now 'in charge' in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Described fights and how Africans have taken over in Abrams complex Led mayor Dr Sigrid Meierhofer to beg Bavaria to intervene in the town She says 'public order and security' are in jeopardy without prompt action The German mayor has begged for intervention over the 'explosive situation' caused by a refugee crimewave in the picturesque ski town. Police say refugees brawl in the streets and vandalise public property in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and residents allege they are responsible for serious sexual assaults. Dr Sigrid Meierhofer has now written about the 'massive problems' in a letter begging for help from Bavarian politician Maria Els, which was leaked to the press. The Abrams centre (pictured), a former US Army site that now houses around 250 asylum seekers, is also affecting tourism and the health of residents, she claims The mayor, from the centre-left SPD party, says she will need to take action 'to secure public safety and order' after a series of public clashes with police. The Abrams centre, a former US Army site that now houses around 250 asylum seekers, is also affecting tourism and the health of residents, she claims. 'There has been an increasingly worsening situation in recent weeks around the registration centre Abrams,' wrote the mayor, in what was seen as a cry for help In the previous year it was mostly occupied by Syrian families but now, around 150 of the residents are Africans, 80 per cent of them unaccompanied young men. KIRK COMMENT: 80% OF THEM UNACCOMPANIED YOUNG MEN. No more to say. Mayor Meierhofer makes it plain that the current occupiers of the building have become 'problematic' and said she is increasingly concerned about 'public order'. Curfews on migrants entering certain areas, like the spa park in town, have been implemented in the past few weeks. KIRK COMMENT: OPEN BORDERS? Those who were the BIGGEST proponents of UNFETTERED IMMIGRATION, NOW can't even have OPEN areas in their TOWNS and CITIES BECAUSE of the IMMIGRANTS WHOM THEY WELCOMED IN. . Police officers have responded to more incidents in the past six weeks in and around the centre than in the past 12 months put together. The letter was written to Bavarian politician Maria Els. Deputy police chief Thomas Holzer recently said: 'The blacks are in charge,' as he described the constant clashes with asylum seekers at the centre. He went on: 'There are brawls, fights and property damage. The blacks occupy the best wi-fi places, choose who sleeps in what room. KIRK COMMENT: Just as some of us have repeatedly TRIED to point out - The biggest ABUSERS of immigrants are OTHER immigrants. 'The situation is a problem for us and causes some concern. In September, we recorded a quarter of our annual operations.' Repeat offenders at the centre have been moved to some of the other 11 facilities in the area, but the problems persist. Local social media speaks gravely of sexual assaults of the worst kind taking place in the accommodation centre, but Holzer said he cannot confirm this. Frau Meierhofer explained in her letter that the complaints from locals were accumulating and that they were not from the far-right or other extremist groups. She writes: 'They are expressing their trials and tribulations to us. Massive problems with refugees in Garmisch-Partenkirchen,' according to the local Merkur newspaper. A local official was outraged that the letter, and the deputy police chief, identified black Africans for causing the trouble, saying 'stereotyping' was unacceptable. KIRK COMMENT: Oh HERE we go, PLAY THAT RACE CARD and GET ALL P.C. - instead of FACING FECKING FACTS. But the mayor's office insisted she was telling it like it is, not as bureaucrats elsewhere would like it to be. More than a million refugees and migrants came to Germany in 2015 alone, sparking a heated debate that has seen Chancellor Angela Merkel come under immense pressure.

I see no reason why those that commit crimes should not be deported - they are clearly more trouble then they are worth. |

Anyone who is still unaware of the end-game here is managing to seriously ignore some quite massive signposts .

I've not been able to find any articles about this that aren't hosted by Alt Right websites or the Daily Mail.
The BBC has an article on the conditions of the Refugee facility but that's about all I've been able to find. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-30277165 |

I've found lots of links to it. The fact that the Mayor has "begged for help" suggests to me this isn't anti-Islamic rhetoric but a serious problem affecting a whole town the residents of which don't wish it to be changed and were never asked in the first place.
It's episodes like this that give strength to the Right, and the more the left dismisses it and Islamaphobia, the stronger the Right gets. |

The trouble is TS, refugees could be rampaging through the streets raping and pillaging and people complaining would still be called Islamaphobic and accused of being a Daily Mail reader. "There has been an increasingly worsening situation in recent weeks." Frau Meierhofer. Direct quote. Is that not bad enough? Indiginous people cannot voice their concerns or they are scorned. Hence... Brexit. Hence... Trump. Last edited by Livia; 23-11-2016 at 02:26 PM. |

Why not have the policy that any serious crime ie., sexual abuse or violence leads to immediate deportation from where they came?

For the same reason as when a refugee or asylum seeker here is convicted of a crime; they cannot be sent back to a place where their lives are in danger because it's against their Human Rights.

You would have to change the entire system really... Gaining asylum status = gaining the rights and privileges of a citizen of that country. In order to deport someone for a crime, you would have to either change that, OR make "exile" a valid punishment for the crime in question.
Then you have further moral implications: if someone is convicted of being a murderer or rapist, is it "right" to simply send them back to their country of origin as a free person who can then do the same things to innocent people in that country? You would surely have to have some system where they are deported and also placed with the authorities in that country. The first problem being that many asylum seekers come from countries where that system is non-existent... Or where it does exist... It is a death sentence by any other name (which is a separate debate). Last edited by Toy Soldier; 23-11-2016 at 03:01 PM. |

merkel trying to win another term, would be a political suicide for the liberal movement in germany, no german is going to vote for politicans or parties that will give refugees and asylum seekers special treatment, and it is the german worker who will foot the bill for them, the crime and the rape and sexual assaults will get higher, so the politicans can only push the people's limts so far, and when you have german families being made homeless and they paid for there house, and are kicked out for a refugee family, its going to end up being a very nasty situation in the country.

I mean, the number of convicted Foreign Criminals who are roaming free in the UK - whereabouts 'unknown' - after being released from jail but who cannot be deported until court cases are fought over whether they can be deported or not, soared by 20% in only one year, from*4,247 in March 2014 to 5,053 in February of 2015. Less than a week ago, a 15-year-old Syrian refugee who just months after being allowed into the UK from Europe to 'be with his father' raped a five-year-old boy in Derby and said he would "break him into pieces" if he told anyone, who was handed a 3 year rehabilitation order. Learco Chindamo, who was 15 when he stabbed headteacher Philip Lawrence to death outside his London school in 1995. In 2007,*Chindamo, an Italian national, won an appeal against his proposed deportation at the conclusion of his sentence, on the basis that he was from an EU country and had already lived in the UK for 10 years by 1995. Ministers blamed the*Human Rights Act*but the decision was mainly based on immigration rules, brought in to comply with an EU directive, which say that a national of an EU state who has resided in the UK for 10 years cannot be deported except on “imperative grounds of public security”. In another case last year, judges ruled that Jason Efred Raje Francis, who took part in the gang-rape of a 14-year-old girl in a children’s playground, could not be deported to Jamaica because he had fathered two children in Britain, after Francis’s lawyers argued that it would breach his*right to private and family life under article 8 of the European convention on human rights. The same article was successfully relied on by lawyers acting for Earl Daren Rodney, who was jailed for ransacking a hairdresser’s during the 2011 London riots. He got 20 months for burglary and acquiring criminal property, before also winning an appeal against deportation, as he too had fathered two children in Britain. In February last year,*the Mail reported*that out of 201 cases of foreign nationals convicted in relation to the London riots and passed to the UK Border Agency, only 15 had been deported despite Theresa May’s call for them all to be thrown out of the UK. (LFMFAO - Foreign Nationals - LONDON RIOTS. You could not make it up. ) Another case was that of Derrick Kinsasi, jailed in October 2011 for 18 months for burglary and theft from a branch of Comet, the electricals store, during the second day of the riots. Judges ruled that sending him back to the Democratic Republic of the Congo would breach his right to family life. Ubong-Luke Nkanta, a Nigerian from Thamesmead, south-east London, was also jailed for 18 months for burglary during the riots but also succeeded in arguing that his right to family life gave him a right to remain in the UK. In February 2011, Jumaa Kater Saleh, from Sudan, who was convicted after being part of a group of five men who lured underage girls to a house for sex, was allowed to remain in the UK after a first-tier immigration tribunal concluded there was overwhelming evidence that he was a member of the Zaghawa tribe from Darfur, where his family were said to be subjected to intolerable treatment by the majority population of the area. ("His family were said to be subjected to intolerable treatment" - What about the intolerable treatment this bastard subjected the underage girls and their families to? ) And THIS next about him, beggars belief: He won the right to damages last year because he was held in custody too long following unsuccessful attempts to deport him. There are, of course, THOUSANDS of more examples, but I think these might suffice to inform some, whereas 20,000 would not be enough to convince others. In MY opinion.
