So as you'll all aware I'm on diet and this week I've been having the low calorie noodles at 9 calories per 100g.
However the plant it's made from means it has a fishy odour and I find it very off putting. So came across gluten free chickpea fussil pasta today which has 50 cals per 100g which is still great. Anyone ever had it before, I presume it doesn't taste much different from regular pasta. Spoiler: Last edited by Will.; 25-02-2017 at 02:36 PM. |

thats something
But next week do you put it back on? Do you write it all out each day? Keeping records. Are you a Yo Yo? [Weight cycling is the repeated loss and regain of body weight. When weight cycling is the result of dieting, it is often called "yo-yo" dieting. A weight cycle can range from small weight losses and gains (5-10 lbs. per cycle) to large changes in weight (50 lbs. or more per cycle).] |

Weekend I don't really do much unless going out. if I was eating close to 2000 a day then yeah I would lose like a pound a week. I lose a lot because of my age and current weight. Last edited by Will.; 25-02-2017 at 02:51 PM. |

It's difficult because your body needs more than 1,000 calories per day. Eating less doesn't sound healthy and it'll be hard to maintain that loss in the long run as you'll just put the weight back on once you stop and begin eating as normal.
Plus it sounds like you're restricting yourself way too much (you've just started) and you'll end up feeling hungry and getting cravings which will result in binging. Last edited by Jason.; 25-02-2017 at 03:11 PM. |
