Default I've lost 17 pound
So I've been dieting for 5 weeks not and I've lost 17 pound!

Aprox 3.5 pounds per week.

I'm now down to like around 13 something stone.

I've been doing the 5/2 diet were you eat 500 calories for 2 days and then the rest normally.
