Interesting little read. I'm a dolphin apparently. Last edited by Brillopad; 22-07-2017 at 07:30 AM. |

It's more about what happens early in the morning for me. If I get active straight away - shower as soon as I wake and then either straight out to work, or I do the school run, then by 9am when I settle (either finished shop set up or getting home from school run) I'm wide awake and tend to be active all day.
If it's a day off and I wake up at say 9, then lounge about until 11am doing nothing before showering and getting dressed, then I'll be lethargic and tired the whole day. I am ALWAYS prone to falling asleep on the couch in the evenings though . That's why "hobby wise" I tend to watch TV shows / movies in the morning or early afternoon, can't stay awake to watch anything in the evening, but I can do gaming in the evening as being interactively engaged stops me getting sleepy. ... Though I have fallen asleep at the wheel in GTA5 a few times .
