Again, nothing to do with what I asked about Amanda. I didn't ask a single thing about Ann.

You would know if you were reading.

But, rionablue understood a simple question and kindly answered so.... that's it.

You were responding to Paula not Riona, I can butt in if I like

Then Paula and yourself took it upon yourselves to answer questions I didn't ask even though rionablue already answered my very simple question.
Thanks anyway.

I simply suggested it's ridiculous to feel sorry for someone who's never had kids. There are people who simply don't have them and are fine with that decision. Which was why I asked if Amanda had wanted them.

my post was in response to your rather rude one to Paula above, if you wanted an exclusive conversation with Riona you should have taken it to pm as you are so fond of pointing out its a public forum and anyone can respond

I didn't say exclusive. I said I don't want a lecture on something I didn't question to begin with.

If yourself and Paula responded to what I actually asked, there'd be no issue.

Its ok folks. I just created the thread because I found it strange adult daughters sitting on Johns lap. Everyone has their own opinions on it some find it fine. Thats what forums are about but we must just respect we are all different in our views

Not really tbh. My sister still sits on my dads knee (usually when shes arselicking to get something ) and I will sit cuddled up to him sometimes. I think its nice that even when the kids are adults they still have a close relationship with their dads tbh

Also agree with this.

I find it weird that people would think this is weird

There's nothing wrong with mum and dad. I'm not suggesting we should call them by their first names when we're older.

Mummy and daddy is just like the childish version.

Certainly is the end of it. As I've said, I was out of practice, now I know certain posters are only here to argue with their toenails I'll leave you to it. Off with ya, enjoy yourself.
