Widowed surgeon Tom has struggled to raise his two daughters alone following his wife's death a year ago. I loved it up until the last episode? I found the ending a bit disappointing but overall it was enjoyable

I thought it all tied together pretty well, the only thing that wasn’t explained was why the plant pot was moved

And I worked it out in ep 7 too

Yeah it did tie together quite well
I worked it out in ep 7, I normally don't with these shows

Yeah it doesn't help some of the actors are people I haven't seen in anything since... Footballers' Wives but my biggest gripe is with the editing, it's really hard to place what's wrong with it but it feels like scenes just get rushed, and every cliche "suspicious character looks suspicious" cutaway gets really irritating. The flashback at the start of E2 of the entire "Michael C Hall (forget the character name, lol) asks the parents of the party-girl what happened" scene was really frustrating, too. Literally the entire scene cut and copied, rather than abbreviated

That whole family ruin it tbh, the tone of the show is completely different whenever scenes with them appear. Not anything wrong with them per se but they're just weird little bursts of comedy and I'm not sure if they're intentional.
