Default Should people on Zero Hour contracts get free Dental care?

Ive always thought people who are not on a set income should be entitled to free dental care as the prices they charge are super expensive and not really affordable

People who aren't on set hours and often fall below the 16 hour cut off point should be entitled to benefits.

Lucky that they are then.

Why does zero hours still exist? Tories are just the worst.

Should people on the dole be drug tested before they receive their benifits? Tax paying workers have too.

It looks good for employment rates although those rates with zero hours included tell a very false story.

Not always, there's a lot of bull**** involved that can determine whether or not you are eligible while I believe that if you aren't working the minimum hours you should be entitled to these benefits regardless.

I think everyone should get free dental care, free prescriptions and free education.

Such as what?

I'm pretty sure that if one week someone gets 16+ hours they have to sign off and then sign back on again, but as far as I know anyone contracted for under sixteen can claim.

Under Universal Credit it should technically work that way. In theory. It doesn't actually work as well as was intended. It was one of the main reasons for the new system.

Under the old benefits system it just didn't work that way at all. If you went to work for a week and your benefits "paused", you'd be unlikely to see another penny for 12+ weeks. Even if the money gets backdated, it's just not really feasible.

Anything other than cosmetic should be free to all, same as the rest of the NHS.
