1.Maritza/Flaca - ICONS. Idk why I like them so much but I always looked forward to their scenes together in season 5 especially. I can't imagine them without each other which will be interesting after their heartbreaking breakup last season </3
2. Morello/Nicky - I really got invested in them, which is why Morello and Vincent was heartbreaking, but it was so lovely how Nicky supporting her and her pregnancy Nicky looking out for her in the last episode was so precious
3. Pennsatucky and Boo - yeah considering I HATED Pennsatucky in season 1 I'm shocked I like her so much now. But seeing her turn from homophobe to accepting and forming her strongest friendship with the butchiest lesbian of Litchfield Boo was so lovely and unexpected. Boo playing along with the whole Christianity and teaching Pennsatucky about the 'gay agenda' was also endearing too Oh and Boo offering her support to Pennsatucky after what happened to her is
4. Alex and Piper - kinda shocked they're relatively low. I love both of them and their proposal was Also it was lovely to see them just be... drama-free in season 5. Their toxicity is draining sometimes lol
5. Poussey and Taystee - yeah I dont get why they're so low either ESPECIALLY when Taystee's reaction to Poussey's death, both immediately and the way she protested throughout all of season 5, was so lovely. I love them both but I'm just more of a sucker for the relationships, the unorthodox yet great friendship between Boo and Pennsatucky, and Flaca and Maritza's scenes are more fresh in my mind/I feel those 2 had more focus than Poussey/Taystee (who didnt seem to get many scenes alone, so I usually think of Watson and Warren alongside them as a quartet, which is how I preferred them )
6. Angie and Leanne - I never thought an Amish girl would never be at the top of my list, let alone the bottom! They're good comic relief (even if their recent one-liners were questionable... was the rape conversation between them in Season 5 meant to be funny?) but really... that's it. I didnt really feel the love between them. I still enjoy the both of them though! I just enjoy them the least
