I do eat meat but only buy meat I can be fairly sure has been ethically reared and killed. There wasn't an option for that.

Vegan, but I don´t think using certain animal products is just as bad as eating meat. For example, if you ethically raised your own chickens, I would have no problem with you eating the eggs. But the overwhelming majority of animal products are derived from cruel practices which are responsible for just as much suffering and death as meat. Veganism, at least for me, means limiting cruelty as much as possible, not irrationally abstaining from animal products that haven´t caused any harm.

Why do people say it's cruel to eat animals but dismiss animals eating eachother as nature? Sorry to burst your bubble but nature did not intend for us to be a primarily plant eating species. Why should humans take up the responsibility to look elsewhere for protein & iron? Stop trying to argue with nature

Animals don't have the same mind as we do, they can't make a decision to eat meat or not like we can. Anyways people always think vegetarians want everyone else to be vegetarians, we don't care as long as no one makes us eat meat.
