Do you go to the gym?
Do you enjoy it?
Do you do classes? Go on the equipment or both?

If you don't go to the gym do you exercise elsewhere instead like having long walks? Etc...

Sounds good Nicky! I have lost weight in the past by cutting out carbs and going for long walks. But now as I get older I'm not too bothered about the weighing scales. I just like to do things to keep my fitness level up so I go to the gym sometimes and I like long walks and skiing.

I used to go quite a bit a couple of years back but cancelled my membership because I just stopped going. I should start again tbh, just a bit of a pain cos there’s literally none within walking distance.

For a month now I've been going 2-3 times a week. It was a little hard to enjoy and get into at first but once you get into the hang of things, it's a great hobby. I don't do classes but I do go by a 3-day a week program I was given
