Did you know that there was a time when UK Wrestling was huge? It was on every Saturday on ITV. Town halls snd arenas up and down the country were packed out every night of the year with Wrestling fans.

The UK wrestlers of the 70s and 80s were the pioneers of what you see today.

Mark Rollerball Rocco. The Dynamite Kid. Marty Jones. Dave Fit Finlay. Were doing what The Undertsker, Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan was doing 40/50 years ago.

I saw them all. They were the originals of the style of Wrestling you all love now. They were better at it too. They knew how to tell a story, get heat like never seen since and have the technical ability to go with it.

A smaller ring and a few different rules, like rounds but the technical ability is supreme.

Two of the greatest ever. Two true pioneers.

I saw Rocco about 4 or 5 times, ringside seats most times. And I can tell you he was something else. You couldn't take your eyes of him. He was immaculate in every way. He was my hero back then.

It's two guys talking about what William Regal said is the best match ever. Rollerball Rocco vs Marty Jones.

Just look at some of the bumps Rocco takes into the turnbuckle. Shawn Michaels used to copy that but never did it as good as Rocco. And I'm not knocking Michaels, he's a fantastic wrestler and one of the best at taking bumps, but he has nothing on Rollerball.
