Yeah, Battle of the Bar Stewards thus far. There have been episodes that have had great impact but have used a lot of CGI... But that one was just masterfully shot and directed (as well as having big emotional impact) AND it was the swansong of one of the major villains. Perfect episode.

I can only pick one?

I'd probably go with The Winds Of Winter, although tbf to Jon Snow, Battle Of The Bastards is a strong episode, I also do like season 1 episode 9 but I can't remember the title of the episode. And the entirety of season 3 & 4 were classics imo.
