Those chips look like they've come from an Iceland freezer. You wanna chip your own spuds. Homemade chips reign supreme over those frozen, scabby things.

Its looks good and I might try it. I wont fry the chips though just saute the potatoes with peppers and maybe throw in half an onion and some chillis.
