Not playing dumb. If throwing money at someone is sexual then the street performers are a bit more disturbing than first thought.

Ive watched the vid, yes I find it acceptable. I can't see your problem.
It's just some birthday party or something and a kid is prancing about in a very non sexual way fully clothed. The fake money is a prop for the performance yes but there's no sleezy undertone.

He has an awful lot of youtube subscribers to his channel for this to be merely a birthday bash...he has his own stage name fgs....look at the views as well...someone's finding it sexy!!

I just wanted to clarify with you kizzy as you seemed so sure, but then you said it was fake money so I was even more confused

My opinion is that if this was an 11 year old girl, it wouldn't be particular appropriate to be dancing suggestively and removing clothing in what appears to be a mainly male audience from what we can see, so I would say the same applies to an 11 year old boy
