Ive watched the vid, yes I find it acceptable. I can't see your problem.
It's just some birthday party or something and a kid is prancing about in a very non sexual way fully clothed. The fake money is a prop for the performance yes but there's no sleezy undertone.

He has an awful lot of youtube subscribers to his channel for this to be merely a birthday bash...he has his own stage name fgs....look at the views as well...someone's finding it sexy!!
