my dad got a western dvd box (mostly clint eastwood, john wayne movies) dad is a huge fan of cowboy movies so

my mom got complete box of call the midwife, and also one flew over cuckoo's nest on dvd, and the green mile, the shining, salem's lot on dvd

My mum got me a complete redecoration on my big house which will take 8 weeks

And starts in Feb 2020

A massive bear hug from our son.
A gentle hug from hubby.

Not opening anything today, waiting for daughter and partner to come up North.
Opened pressies from son and daughterin-law on Sunday.
They had my favourite view taken from my favourite spot commissioned by one of my favourite artists. It’s beautiful, unique, and brought a tear to my eye.
My son bought me a very special little necklace, something to do with the day he was born.
A gorgeous shawl/scarf, smellies, some Lucy Pittaway bits and little stocking fillers.

The best gift this year is having them home to celebrate Christmas with us, and them putting an offer on a house just a few miles away in the country.
