...it’s just too much stress and pressure on yourself to focus on your sleeping pattern and your writing, Scarlett...and one of those things will naturally find the other, anyway...focus on you because that’s what that wrecked pattern is trying to tell you...that you need time and attention for yourself and just to free your thoughts completely ....and the writing will come when it’s ready to come...and that’s fine because the most important thing is you and your story is there just resting...and hopefully you’ll be able to follow that lead.....

...take as much time as your sleeping pattern tells you to, Scarlett...give it time to right itself and don’t rush it or force it...just chill and play video games etc and don’t try to focus your thoughts on anything...the story is there and isn’t going anywhere and will only get better in refreshing and resting your head, yeah...so much to think about this time of year anyway, which just adds layers of fuzz which will clear in time as well.....

...don’t try to get them down, Scarlett...if it’s hard to do then it means that now isn’t the time...but that it’s the time to give attention to your tiredness instead...we have to look at the layer that needs the most attention when it needs it because otherwise the story will become more and more difficult to come...it’ll only get better in having that rest because then that story gets the best of you as well...and you write with love and pleasure, it shouldn’t add to your exhaustion ...just let that exhaustion lead you for the moment and give it as long as is needed to feel rested, yeah.....

Yep! When I'm tired I sometimes end up writing huge tangets in the story too, which just confuse the plot xD
