I thought it was common knowledge that Lady Gagas entire career is copying pop stars before her? Madonna/Bjork/Christina all say hello

She’s not very unique, and is very generic - but that’s what her fans love about her I think and I can respect that

....hmmmm, every fashion has an influence anyway...but I think each outfit beautifully shows an individual style of each lady...the similarity, I would say...would be that in terms of performances etc...each lady tends to express themselves/their music/ their artistry etc..very much though their clothing as well...as if their choices in outfits/make up / hair etc, were actual lyrics also, type thing...?...

...both completely individual styles, both pretty amazing in how they express their ‘whole selves’ through their styles and both incredible Queens and incredible artists......and very, very different...

I mean most of her unreleased tracks pre her debut album and half of the track list on The Fame is her outright copying Gwen Stefani’s sound and trying to emulate her voice so I’m not surprised
