I watched and loved every series so far but sadly I’ve already given up on this series after less than two episodes... I just love the whole ‘feel’ of the jungle .. the weather , the critters in the camp and it’s always so bright and atmospheric plus I love the open spaces ..

This setting I just find to be dark and oppressive ... confined and restrictive ... gloomy and grim ..

The contestants seemed very promising as well .. so disappointing .

Anyways I may be in the minority so how do you feel about things ?

i have a similar opinion, i gave up very quickly. It was a combination of the location and a cast i am just not interested in

...I guess that the ‘restrictive’ feeling might also be that they haven’t been as ambitious as they could have been with trials etc...but then, the whole series could have had to be abandoned at any point in time if COVID hit it ..so they’ve probably kept it purposefully quite measured ...it wouldn’t be fair, I don’t think...to judge it on this one time of being in a castle because of the reasons it was in the castle and just the general times of 2020...I think it’s amazing that we’re having it at all...

The castle and if anything the lighting is better ! , So I don't understand why people find it dark and gloomy?? .

I'd prefer this setting to the jungle if I was on the show .

I stopped watching after 3 episodes, I don't know if it was to do with the Castle or I just finally got bored of the format. I had intended to watch it but I found when 9pm came around we just wanted to watch an episode of something on Netflix instead

I like the Castle...it has refreshed the show and maybe because its closer to home (as strange as that sounds)....

Jungle, the trials at the castle have been super limited, much prefer having a variety rather than eating or unscrewing things

Jungle definitely. Much more discomfort, harder trials, inclement weather sleeping outside etc. I do think they have adapted the show in as much as they could with restrictions and I have never switched off on it so I will continue to watch

Easily the jungle. Seeing such a bright and summery setting during miserable dark nights was always lovely.

The episode will not feature a live trial like Saturday instalments of yesteryear, instead giving us never-seen-before clips from the camp in Wales

Was excited at first about it being from the castle but the novelty soon wore off. Havent fully got into this series. The trials have been a bit samey and not scary!
