If there is going to be an issue for people going longer than the twelve week gap then I presume they will give preference to the ones ‘needing’ their second jab - if indeed there are shortages
they will prioritise second jabs...settle

Third question: The BBC's Fergus Walsh asks if the
unfounded concerns about the AstraZeneca vaccine
might put some people off from having their jab
Mr Johnson says the "best testimony" of the
safety of Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines - which he
says are "pretty much identical in safety terms" - is what
we have just heard from Dr Raine and Prof Whitty.
He adds this has been confirmed
today by the European Medicines Agency.
Prof Whitty says the
"overwhelming professional view" around the
world is the vaccines are "highly effective"
and are "very safe relative to the
risk of the infection".]

In Reply to Times Radio
The PM Johnson Claims India is still sending the Serum.

That is not true
SkyNewsHD has found out they (India) have Suspended them.
Serum Institute of India has been told it must supply its own
citizens before exporting vaccines

[Health Secretary Matt Hancock today confirmed India
delayed a 'scheduled' UK delivery of the AstraZeneca vaccine.]

Short It ended at 5:27PM

The UK experienced one of the worst rates of death in Europe in the first half of 2020, as previously reported, but in the second half of the year, six countries overtook the UK.

That meant by the end of the year the UK was in the top 10 worst-hit countries analysed but no longer at the top.

The worst-affected countries were Poland, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Data was not available for the full year for Italy.

Data covers up to mid-December, and of course, the picture is still evolving.

In the UK, there were 89,000 Covid deaths in 2020 and there have been 56,000 so far in 2021. And countries across Europe are seeing very different rates of infections now, which will lead to different patterns of death in the future.
