Can we have one?

You don't even have to customise it or anyfin, there'll be loads of good preset ones on vBulletin, just stick one on the list.

... ... ... but yes basically it's just a skin that has generally light text/graphics on generally dark backgrounds rather than vice versa. Better for eye strain and just generally looks better IMO. LT's example is a good one; we love a nice dark slate gray.
