Also not a fan of how Peter takes the piss out of Meg. for no reason (but to be fair it is genuinely the whole show who moves mad to her in general).

Lois is also guilty of this which I find irritating, one minute she will be the caring mother and then will revert to being cruel and cold for no reason.

Scenes with Stewie/Brian together were always the best. However I personally found that the show got stale somewhere around S7.
