how was this filmed, he could have been off duty and its up to him what he does in his van as long as its consenual, if he was working I guess its a different story, but he could be on a break

The van probably isn't his so I wouldn't think it mattered if he was off duty/on a break, it's an Amazon van, also pretty sure paying for a prostitute is illegal so again doesn't matter if it's consensual or not he did an illegal activity in Amazon property

Literally nothing on the stories that suggest or confirm it was a prostitute . Bit of a leap unless it's been stated outright somewhere. Not that he shouldn't have been fired anyway, just not sure it's a good idea to go around assuming that people are hookers .
