The mum was handed seven years and two months while the dad was sentenced to eight years and eight months.

How is that justice for a child's life? They were also convicted of cruelty to their other child

Sadly it's because they keep too many petty criminals in Prison so it's then taking up too much Prison space.

Preferably petty criminals should be getting Community Service so more scumbags like these two stay in jail a lot longer.
