One that seems to be used all the time now (although pretty much always written down/typed rather than vocally) is "Happiest of Birthdays" when did people start saying this all the time instead of Happy birthday? I don't know why it annoys me so much

English people who say "No worries". It sounds odd. I've noticed Niamh say it... but somehow it's more acceptable from the Irish. I have no idea why... not sure why it annoys me so much.
