Again food is a complex subject for some

I think by a certain age you are able to cook the right amount for yourself, give or take

Happy to lick the sauce off a plate if it was tasty enough . In the privacy of your own home I don’t see the issue. Obviously I wouldn’t do it if I was out for dinner or at someone else’s house, or if there were family or friends round or whatever.
