I think her dad and her granddad were big in Labour politics way back in the day.

After seeing the spell her daughter was falling under, Lansbury told her husband Peter Shaw that they “had to leave”, with the family moving from LA to County Cork, Ireland.

Even though she was very old, it was still a shock this morning. Loved her in Murder She Wrote.

She was a good actress and always well turned out in MSW.

Bedknobs & Broomsticks is one of her most well known ones, but she's been in loads of stuff really. She was even in Nanny Mcphee.
