Completely the sting time to be suggesting such a move, I expect it t be pushed back for a few years

They're bringing one in in Bristol tomorrow as well just to further kill off the centre and make navigating the city a nightmare

it shows that councils don't give a toss whether people are struggling or not. Apparently they are all going to charge the maximum they can on the council tax too
