Thats so sad...she was brilliant.

I just loved the Fame series...and ultimately Flashdance. She was a star..

You had to live it to remember how big Fame was. Even I was only very young but remember it because I had an older sister. "Fame" was huge. A song, a film, a TV show.

It has its place in history forever.
