He didn't compare it directly. What he said was that the vaccination rollout was the biggest humanitarian tragedy since the Holocaust. And he was apparently requoting someone else. Bloody stupid and insensitive thing to say but I've heard worse.

i would say the timing is no coincidence. They are going to say they dumped him out of the party, are labour going to be as tough and throw out Diane Abbot
