I don't think that is a rule break per se, she was just saying that she wouldn't have allowed her 'friend' to be nominated if she was in that position.....it was hypothetical, after how he behaved last night she might be rethinking, this goes back to my point that HMs are never dull, there are layers there to be uncovered...Tom and Jenkin are easily led, Jenkin struggled to fit in any group to begin with so was perfect to be adopted into Paul and Olivias mean group, when Paul goes on Friday the dynamic will change again, Henry already alluded to Tom being nice but being influenced by Paul which we had seen a little of

It was a loophole so no ,I think if she said more then ... she'd just get 1 hour in jail and still allowed to nominate....as BB loves their inconsistent punishments .

I think the reality is every day multiple times the housemates talk about noms. The producers just pick out one to fit a narrative or to spice things up

I have a theory
If Paul didn't get many votes,let's say he only got 2 votes ... maybe BB would have then used this opportunity to actually put either Olivia or Chanelle up . As there's no way a double eviction can only have 3 hm's up .

But seen as they got 4 hm's , they let it slide with Chanelle and Olivia...as it wasn't juicy enough for BB .

Olivia almost slipped up I would say ,when she talked about " looking people in the eye" ....after she nominated Noky .
