covid-19 will likely always stay among us, like with the normal flu

i mean coronavirusses have always been among us, the normal flu is also a coronavirus

i agree with Zizu, not gonna stress about this either, could be like a normal flu bug, and in a overpopulated nation like India, numbers are always likely to rise up in huge numbers (with any contagious disease there i think) especially in the poorer communities with less quality health systems than compared with some of the richer communities (huge difference between how the rich and poor live in India, i know that via documentaries and wikipedia)

I got the convids for the first time last Thursday and I don't mind saying, turns out it's ****ing HORRIBLE. The coughing I can handle but the tiredness and brain-fog have floored me. I'm still only about 80%. And still coughing a bit. There was a teeny tiny bit of blood in it this morning. Probs dying innit.

I've definitely cleared the infection already I'm not really "ill" at this point, but my lungs feel rough as ****. Wheezing/coughing fits/short of breath etc.

I also lost like a stone and that's not a good thing when you're PRIME BEEF like me, I think most of it was muscle .

The Doctor Who fan in me kept reading the title as JNT and I thought it was really mean to name a Covid variant after a controversial Doctor Who producer.

.

Ruddy landed here.
Daughters partner has come down with it, much worse than the last time.
Hairdresser had it a fortnight ago and hubbys cycling mate got it at the weekend.
Our big Christmas Day is being postponed, hubby will make a festive Christmas cobbler to pop on doorsteps.
Celebrate once everyone has the all clear.

Hopefully the variant will mutate into something milder by the time it becomes widespread.
