So most of you will know I'm estranged from my son, we have no contact.

I can view his Facebook photos but can't message him etc. I check them every now and then.

Had my tea and had a little look a short while ago. I'm devastated. It looks like he's gotten married judging by the pics. She's beautiful and he looks so handsome. I'm very tearful right now.

Anyone who can talk to me?

Im sorry Kate. I know it's not the same, but i remember years back seeing my Dad's (who i no longer speak to) wedding photos with his new family. It's a bitter pill to swallow. Though, again, it's different.

…it’s good to have that cry as well because it does help to release and it’s a beginning of that release which can be difficult…the crying will stop, though and when it does…?…hopefully you’ll feel that you can give a smile at the image of how happy he looked/they both looked and that he’s found that person to share his life with…

Do you mind me asking why you lost contact?

Have you tried seeing if he is on other social media platforms or know someone he knows to offer olive branch.
