When was the first time the housemates, in any Big Brother, heard chants from the crowd to get "so and so out"?

Lily upset she heard them. Hanah mentioned it (not in front of Lily apparently)…
Then Martha approached Hanah an Lily asking Hanah did you hear them chants and Hanah kept quiet and walked off not wanting to clarify to an already upset Lily.
Martha and Hanah now arguing….Emma telling Martha she shouldn’t have bought it up in front of Lily….

DRAMA!!
