the funk of 40,000 years!

As a consolation to the UK, whoever actually wins this year should have the award be given to Ukraine anyway.

Why would you wish them bad luck? That’s just a shitty thing to say really isn’t it?

It isn't bad.
Who knows. It really depends more on what the other Countries in the contest think of the UK outside of the song or artiste. With the Ukraine situation high on the agenda again, plus the UK firmly and solidly it seems with Ukraine, then they may use Eurovision to show support to the UK. As they did in 2022. It's a pity the voting is still more on political lines, however who knows. I wish them the best of luck with this entry. |

All hail the Moyesiah

I quite like it but it also feels a bit disjointed and oddly paced. Realistically it's not going to do well - it won't stand out enough and they have no brand recognition to lean on. Pretty sure we'll be bottom five

Looks like this will be charting too this week (a few days after being released), which hasn’t happened this early for a UK entry in a very long time.

That's awful.
To anyone that had an issue with Olly last year, this is far worse vocally, Chorus, beat, and especially lyrically. ![]() If we avoid coming bottom it'll be an injustice and a miracle all at the same time. This isn't even shaping up to be a very good Eurovision imo, but we have definitely hit the bottom of the barrel with this entry. They need to take the selection away from the BBC, they wouldn't know good Music even if they were listening to it.

This song wouldn't even make the grade of a Little Mix Album. And I know that I'm sounding harsh against the girls efforts, but I'm more frustrated at the BBC more than anything for sending out a song that's going to put us into the bottom five.
