Default I just fell over in the garden. Eek! I'm alive!
I was pegging washing out and I twisted my foot and went flying into some wood. There was nothing to grip on so it took me a while to get up.

Someone probably saw me

I tripped over a kerb a few weeks ago after putting in a code to open a gate so I could drive out

I was lucky to get my hands out in front of me
Had a mark on my knee for weeks

You can really hurt yourself from a simple trip

Oh yeah same had a rubbish sleep. Felt like a sauna when I woke up. We all did the housework together as have visitors coming shortly but wasn't very nice cleaning in the heat. It's rainy and thundery here now
