Not sure if anyone has read the books (you should). Netflix have adapted them to a show.

…I’m looking forward to this on 28th, in a few days…..is it a series, though…I thought that it was a movie that was being released on Netflix just after its cinema release…?….

My review

Spoiler:

I was actually pretty underwhelmed by it. On paper the cast are great and this should have been brilliant. But it really wasn’t.

Too much was cut from the books, and it all felt very slow paced but at the same time really rushed the story by cutting major parts from the book.

They should have made it a series, not a film.

I read the books and my rule is never to watch any tv series or film of books i have enjoyed, hence why i have never seen a harry potter film or LOTR.

My only exception was The Shining
