No one else, with them all sat around like nodding dogs, but thinking the same thing, had the guts to just say..
DID YOU SEE A DOCTOR? Because, sorry, Elsa is clearly either mentally ill or just lying for attention and someone needed to point that out. Or am I actually the only person that thinks her stories are just bullshit? Please, tell me that you all don't buy it? Telling stories about ****ing demons is not normal. The fact that people are against Jenny saying that what Elsa said was insane is terrifying. Yes, people are allowed to talk about what they believe, but others are also allowed to be scared when you start talking about having seen feckin demons in the walls. Marcus also clearly thought it was bullshit but he wants to get his end wet so is just not so willing to say it out loud.

I think it’s so rude to call her mental though. Sure I don’t believe in most of those things but she does and we should just accept that she could be seeing things.

Are you actually telling that you believe her when she says that she has seen demons in the walls of the BB house... A studio that was built for the show in 2023?

I agree with this. It was so patronising "have you seen a doctor?" Imagine any other context there would be ofcom complaints. Infact some people say the whole trans agenda is a mental illness also. Imagine if that was said to Zelah

Yes I agree. She is a massive attention seeker. I mean many of us can maybe relate to 'unnatural goings on'..myself included. However seeing demons, being exorcised and spirits having sex with her...she clearly needs to see someone. Jenny's reaction was hilarious...it was a natural reaction and many many people will be saying the same thing. Elsa must have had that reaction a lot but she played the proper victim for public sympathy. ...and who remembers what they saw at 3 years of age!!. |

…I personally would never question Elsa in terms of what she believes she sees and experiences…I know that it has no relevance in terms of what others believe but I’ve worked with too many cared for children/adopted children and know that their traumas can manifest in so many ‘unbelievable’ ways…the mind is all powerful in forming and transforming terrifying experiences into ‘forms’ that it can understand and for children, obviously demons are something they fear and understand as ‘bad’….anyways, this is just a reality show, isn’t it….and anything that I have experienced in life in terms of children with trauma isn’t relevant…there are many papers written and this is only one link if there is any further thought …. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24647210/ …what I do feel is that Elsa isn’t someone who should have been put into the BB house, this isn’t the place for this and all of her behaviour/including her strong immediate attachment to Marcus has absolutely reinforced that…I have no idea what psych evaluation BB are using but it feels to me that it’s very much broken…

There could be an argument for schizophrenia, hallucinations but also. If she's thought to mental she can still talk to a priest or pastor I believe as they pray for them aswell as advice to seek medical support if needed. Jenny was just condescending. That's the thing, religiously if there's a God as some believe that means angels, demons, hell and heaven exist so if people are tolerant of things like sex changes and many other things they can also try to be less condescending in these areas. Just my thoughts lol. It looks even more hypocritical when the very same people mocking her will celebrate the concept in a few days

Much of the newfangled modern psych **** coming out of the US is closely tied to the explosion of woo in those fields. I have my own beliefs for sure but I can also see the serious harm it is doing to vulnerable minds. New Age attracts the mentally unstable, that's just a given. That's why it is all over the psych field now (commercial interest), and even some practitioners. A friend who is still very fragile had an enabling therapist that claimed that him and his soon to be divorced very abusive ex wife that he was clinging to were actually mega soulmates. And blamed things like energy lines being drawn between them and it being physically impossible for him to detach. They were also bringing up past lives and other psychic input during therapy and yes that is something that is often happening in psych but I have never seen it discouraged. And why would patents discourage therapy that affirms they are actually quite special? How many now proclaim they are "empaths" and use it to describe to describe their own psych? It is about customer satisfaction and the commercial aspects muddy it here as having a medical carousel of therapy and drugs is not only profitable but almost treated like a replacement for religion for some people. So because belief systems can be so easily filtered through these therapy methods, it's an excellent way for anyone to use that to push an agenda. So I am not surprised we are at the point that someone like Elsa walk the Earth with either no pushback or self-awareness. I like Elsa all said and done, but she is not saying anything I don't hear in the US. Her beliefs are more mainstream than not.

Tbf to Zelah, are we comparing his Transgender stuff to Elsa saying that a Demon had sex with her?

From the sounds of it Jenny was saying what most people would tell Elsa (or anyone else) if they were talking about seeing Demons.
Without watching it myself I don't know if Jenny's delivered it in a harsh way, but her point is more than fair.

Seeing things that aren't there, and demons talking to her in her head is a classic sign of mental illness. When she started with the demon went down her throat and inside her, i think she was watching season 2 of Stranger things. Personally, i think the producers had a word with her and told her to tell a story to set up halloween week, but thats just me.
I think on this occasion, Jenny was correct, she should see a doctor, and if the producers didn't set the whole thing up, they should have hauled her in to the diary room for a chat, because demons talking to you, the next step is violence toward other people Last edited by bots; 27-10-2025 at 05:26 AM. |

Yes it did sound like she had been watching Stranger Things, i wouldn't be surprised if the producers had told her to tell a story

People celebrate the concept of Halloween until someone says they see it for real. Ghosts, demons, dead people
![]() The original concept of Halloween was around celebrating dead saints and souls? I kind of agree with Zelah- for people with a religion it's real but from atheists they won't.

Unfortunately in the world of social media, people can talk complete bollocks that is untrue and pass it off as fact. Some individuals have millions of followers because they either believe it or wonder what tosh they are going to come out with next. This is the world we live in these days.
Personally, i think this is likely the strategy that Elsa is taking. Build a social media following based on crazy stuff she does in the house. It's actually quite smart if that's her intention |

It's actually quite a phenomenon amongst religious circles. Incubus, sucubus. Even satanists believe they can see or summon demons.

Perhaps religious people don't call it succubus or incubus but I've seen Christians pray against spirits and demons that sleep with people.
Spirit husband they call it maybe

Christianity acknowledges mysticism but it also tends to suggest getting as far away as possible from it. From that POV, Jenny would be understandably spooked.
In the US, traditional religion is brought in by dabblers all the time. Catholicism in the Hispanic world more openly embraces mysticism. Thus there are a higher number of converts to a religion like Santeria, where the saints are still heavily worshipped alongside Orishas. So yes, still witchcraft.
