Zac Efron could be going nude on stage, after revealing that he is considering a role in the play Equus.

According to The Sun, Efron commented at the London premiere of High School Musical 3 that he has been approached to take over from Daniel Radcliffe.

The play, in which the Harry Potter actor stars alongside Richard Griffiths, recently made its Broadway debut.

Efron told the newspaper: "You know that Daniel Radcliffe role on Broadway? Well, it's been mentioned."

Zac Effron isnt good enough to be in Equus, its an extremely deep role to play. If they give it him then I will have no faith in main stream theatre anymore.
Zac should stick to his air head musicals and shouldn't even attempt to delve into real acting territory. Zac Effron is a Celebrity not an actor!

He doesnt even know the name of the play! He just knows it as the role that Daniel Radcliffe plays! He doesnt deserve it! Give it someone who actually gives a damn about the play and not to someone who wants it for the money.

And to add to the thread, the only people that would go and watch is people who want to go see his genitals... and thats so the wrong reason to go watch a play. Somehow, we don't think Zefron has what it takes to play the part.
