Default Helen Adams Bio

Helen shot to fame in Big Brother 2001 when the nation fell in love with her natural bubbly personality. Before this, Helen was a qualified hairdresser and dance teacher.

Since her stint in the Big Brother House, Helen has continued to grace both television and magazines including New! Zest, News of the World Sunday Magazine and Closer Magazine Helen has also co-hosted a music show on MTV and her and Paul competed in ‘Celebrity Fear Factor’ for Sky One.

Since this she has been invited as a celebrity hairdresser to Nadia Sawalha for a PR Shoot for Robinson Fruit & Barley drinks. Helen has worked on the ‘Lorraine Kelly Show’ for Sky One, attended the Cannes Film Festival for GMTV, produced her own Dance Workout Fitness video and appeared in many other TV Shows. Her down to earth attitude and natural charm endears her to everyone who meets her.

She is still involved in teaching dance to 4 - 12 yr olds and has a company which puts on 'Popstars Parties' for young girls. The 'Birthday Girl' gets to chose a popstar she would like to be and after hair and make-up, takes part in a fun dance routine to the popstar's record, alongside her party friends.

It's not much but it's a start, here's what I got from Helen's agent! I'm still working on it folks

Thanks Amy, lovely picture of Helen by the way. Makes you ask "why oh why do we have to see so much of Jade in magazines and on TV when Helen is so much more endearing, fun and photogenic???"

Any more news on the 'Most haunted' programme?

I wonder if Paul is still involved in the enterprise on a consultancy basis, having lived his life as an international one!

Well done Amy!

Lovely to read Helen's Official Biography. What a shame she doesn't have a website to promote her 'Popstar' parties, I am sure they would be very popular if advertised on the net. Maybe Paul could design her one, or if not, I am sure lots of the clever people on here could come up with ideas for a design. Maybe do a mock-up, and show us mere mortals who haven't a clue how to make a webpage, what they think it should look like.

Zest magazine do have a website, http://www.zest.co.uk/info_contact.html maybe it would be worth dropping them a line to ask when Helen was featured.

Good Luck with tracking down more info Amy!
I am still keeping my feelers out for any more news re the Ghosthunt, and hope to hear something soon.

That is spooky! I was typing out my post and got sidetracked, came back and posted up, and ROB had just gone down the same track as I was heading!

Never heard of Zest magazine. A magazine article that we missed - we are slacking!!!!

As has been said lovely photo of our Helen. You never know if the Haunted thingy goes ahead Paul might, just might, persuade her to join her. But then again think of all those screams - CFF would have nothing on the noise she would make if she was frightened.

With (hopefully) a few bb fans to help the housemates along!!!! lol (Wishful thinking - a night spent in the dark on a ghost hunt - ooooh better go and lie down for a while to recover from the very though).
