Default BB10 will be on at 10pm most days - is this a good or bad thing?

bbspy are saying that BB10 will be on at 10pm on Monday-Thursdays.

Do you think this is a good thing or a bad thing?

I like 10pm, but would prefer 9pm as sometimes I get too tired so miss half of the 10pm show.

There's not much competition at 10, so it should be good. But then on the other hand, not everyone can watch it.

Personally, I don't really care what time it's on, just as long as its not shuffled around nearly every night, and I know a sort of schedule to stick to.

9pm has more competition but BB does better in that slot weirdly.
10pm has less competition but BB doesnt do as good as 9pm, but the 10pm show share % would be higher than the 9pm one because theres less people watching TV at 10pm.

I think it suits 10pm. Doesn't really bother me and as other people have mentioned, there's less competition at the later slot.

It can be seen as a good or bad thing
At 10pm there is less competition and it would get a higher share
At 9pm there is a second primetime showing on C4+1
I think the show suits the 10pm slot a lot better and am happy with the scheduling. The most important thing is to keep the scheduling consistant throughout the series

Maybe BB airing at 10 will make them less uptight about what they show?

They should go back to 10pm and have it 50 minutes long again. I prefer it at 10pm but it always drags on a bit because they keep it on until 11.05pm.

9PM = Lots of viewers, lower share.

10PM = Less viewers, higher share

Although BB's traditional home is 10 (11 in the earlier years) and I prefer it personally in that slot, it did better at 9pm last year and thus I'd rather it inhabit that slot.

We're meant to be having a summer this year so 9pm might not work as well.

What is up with the youth of today, moaning a show at 10pm is too late for them.

Personally prefer it at 10pm - 9pm is too early, usually too competitive, and if we get a good summer (that's a big if), too sunny too!

They definitely would want higher ratings because that's what advertising revenue is based on.

But some people have made good points that it's a warm summer, so BB10 could do well at 10pm.

I think 10pm is a good starting time cos thats when people are like properly settled and able to watch it. People are still running round around 9pm doing things IMO.
I also agree with a post above and think that they should have it on at the same time every night because i remember it changing a lot last year.

10pm is good. They water down the show too much when the time slot in at 9.

I also think they should stick to a timeslot instead of changing around so people know when the show is on without having to check all the time.

9PM
Only because 10PM clashes with the repeats of Eastenders and I ussually always miss EE Now, but then I read this and seen.....

Maybe BB10 Will be less uptight with what they show
And the UK is ment to be haven a very good summer this year so people will be out at 9..

So either works for me, just as long as BBC iPlayer sorts itself out so I can watch Eastenders and Big Brother!
